  great movie I didn't want it to end. I thought there might be more retro Tech other than the Transporter sounds

  Movies was good but felt very disjointed. Totally not waht I was expecting. Parts of story very far fetched. Some resemblence to rignal Star Trek but much of the story is to hard to fathom. Very entertaining movie and cool effects but characters not as good as orignal characters. Did not like the Checkove character as much as I did when Walter Koenig portrayede Mr. Checkov. Thought Romulans remined me of bad guy in Star Trek: Nemesis. Think will be a sequel but like orinal 10 Star Trek movies better. Still a good movie overall but long time trekkies may be a little disappointed.

  Being such a fan of TOS and TNG I was terrified when I heard about the reboot that it would be destroyed. JJ Abrams has done a billiant job from the inspired casting to the whole new alternate universe and has created all new fans of the genre. Waiting impatiently for the DVD and sequel.

  Being forced to watch with friends, and it turned out to be alright. Didn't like the time travel thingy, got a bit confusing there

  Best sci fi movie in past 10yrs, great reboot, up there with Batman. Loved Chekov, "Olsen is gone sir" "Oh Mayo!"
