Amazing special effects. Go to it even just for that alone. One of the best of all time.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE!! I have never seen anything like it in my life! Not only were the effects amazing, but the acting, story, writing and everything else were as well! The best part was that the 3D was not just there for the sake of having 3D, it actually immersed you in the film and made it feel like you were there! If I could give it a higher rating, I most definitely would!

A beautiful movie absolutely worth watching; although some may critic the predictable plot, but it was well compensated for with a subtle noble message you don't often come across in your typical hollywood productions.

Once you're past the 3D, which I found was quite quick, you're in a long, very predictable movie that has 'borrowed' heavily from previous successes. For example, Sigourney Weaver from Aliens, complete with Intergalactic Marines (in this case, due to US patriotism, they are former Marines, now working as mercenaries), anatomical lifting device suits ('Get away from her, you bitch.) and a corporate sleezeball who will do anything for a profit; next comes Star Wars and the Ewok teddy bears rising up the destroy the big bad machines before they destroy their forest. The characters are caricatures and their acting is flat. Everything is left to the special effects. But you might as well pay t
