A groundbreakingly good visual sci-fi treat. The story is interesting, the 3-D effect are unsurpassed. The total package is quite satisfying.

Brain numbing 3D movie held together by Americas love of violence. Save the world scenario is held together by visual effects & nothing more. Actors take back seat to whiz bang effects and thinly veiled "conscientious" plot.

The plot has been repeated and was not the basis for this for it's release. Pocahontas, Fern Gully, etc... man is the enemy out to rape the universe of its resources for financial gain. BUT the graphics are wild and, with the right sense of humour, funny as hell. I almost cried once and that doesn't happen very often. The message is a positive one unlike Sex and the Slutty 2! See this movie in the theatre or you will have missed out on one of the best "theatre" movies in history. Watching it at home will NOT be the same.
