Ryan Gosling is okay, but if I were given the option of choosing him or James Marsden WITH money to boot, I would choose James Marsden.

I have watched THE NOTEBOOK two times just in one day,I give the movie five stars.I know Rachel McAdams just two months ago in the MEAN GIRL and I was attracted immediately by her performance. I thought she must be raised one day.Congratulate her!

Amazing!!! This movie is one of my favourites. I can`t wait to see it again. RYAN GOSLING IS SO SEXY and did an excellent job as Noah, and Rachel McAdams was absolutly beautiful as Ally. The Notebook should be known as one of the best romantic movies. Just to let all you Notebook lovers know, if you tought this movie was good go and buy the novel(It is so touching).

The Notebook is by far the best romantic movie I have seen. Ryan Gosling and Racheal McAdams who are Canadian by the way have such a chemistry in the movie in the roles of Noah and Ally. And of course James Garner did a wonderful job as always. The plot and direction were magnificent.
