Unimpressive. First one great, this one lame. No good American movies P.C. (post Covid).

    Sinners

Acting, story line, music, excellent... but the plot did NOT need a vampire angle, and i like vampire movies... the characters and setting and general story could have stood on its own. Too bad, but NOT memorable, and i still don't understand how it could get nominated for so many awards. Must be woke crap, I guess.

    EPiC: Elvis Presley in Concert

Monday, March 2, 2026 1:22:56 AM | (Age Not Specified)

For some fans, seeing EPIC will be a disorienting experience. The main problem with the picture is that Elvis looks nothing like Austin Butler for the film's entire 1hr and 40min. run time. Certainly A.I. could have helped the production immeasurably in this regard...?

    The Choral

Sunday, March 1, 2026 8:33:06 PM | (Age Not Specified)

A really well done period piece with good actors and great singing. It also managed to gently address the social problems of gay men and the fears of adolescent boys being sent into the trenches in France in 1916. The audience was silent, throughout, giving the movie their rapt attention and a few tears at its end. I may have to go and see it again.
