Sure, Brad Pitt isn't much of an actor, but inspite of that this is still a 5 star movie. Judging the scripting, cinematography, period portayals and supporting cast makes it so.

Stunning. Hoesntly one of the best movies ever. It's up there for sure. It was very moving. It started off strange, but I couldn't take my eyes off the screen. PEE BEFORE the movie, people. You wont want to get up.

The movie is really well done. I though Pitt and Blanchett were great. The cinematography and the aging or I guess deaging looked really legit. It drags on a little bit at the end but despite that it is a very good movie that should do very well come Oscar night.

Fabulous and beautiful movie. Five of us went, 2 men, 3 women, various ages, all loved it. After reading the reviews on this site, I realize the world is indeed filled with morons. As in the ones who cannot see the brilliance of this film.
