I have been to see Gladiator II four times since November of last year, and have enjoyed it every time! While it’s not historically accurate, it does a great job as an epic film, following up from Gladiator, with Paul Mescal as the adult Lucius, who comes to terms with himself and his great civic responsibility due to lineage as well as with the extremely inhumane nature of Rome itself. In my opinion, the film’s recreation of Rome and the Coliseum are superb, among other fine scenes, so please go, enjoy, and be entertained! 🍿

I thought it a worthy sequel to its forerunner. Denzel was great bringing an underhanded villain. I enjoyed the kinks back to the original as well. I may just see it again.

This was a very good movie!
We enjoyed the whole movie from start to finish!
The ones that put 1 or 2 stars are probably liberals !
They need to go see a movie that was was terrible, then go see the unrealistic “ Homestead “ movie!
They could have made Homestead a lot better with more action!

Absolutely terrible! Uses historical names as if they threw them all up in the air on paper slips and if they landed on a certain square, they were in.
So stupid and boring that we laughed all the way through at the idiocies, like waiting for your opponent to get back up, twirling around like little girls with frilly dresses..in a fight. And the baboons! Idiocy.
You can see the real people all say 1 star. The bots all say 5.

This sequel has to go down as one of the worst all time, boring and without any real story line. Subpar acting coupled with the excessive movie length, makes it almost unwatchable! Save your money and pass on this lemon.
