I gave this movie a three only because I love the book series. I was however hurt by the director. The sences were choppy and the acting at times elementry. I hope that just like the Harry Potter series they realize the error in their choice of director change for the next moive. I have seen the movie twice b/c the first time there was so much screaming and giggling that I could really pay attention. There should have been more develpoment in the senses between Edward and Bella. My sister never read the book and she tought they are some crazy crazy over possesive teenagers on the verge of suicide. If this would have just kept some of their discusion that would have been better. Maybe

I liked how the movie followed the book so well. I was worried that the movie might have a totally different story line but it didn't so i felt that it was well done.

I think it was a great representation of the book. The chemistry between "Edward" and "Bella" was all there for me, and I can't wait to see what they can do with the second movie "New Moon"

Honestly the movie sucked like seriously who the hell who spend money to watch that type of crap!! The actors were all wrong and they had now chemistry together. But the thing that ticked me off the most was that they hardly had emotions Bella and Edward were too serious the whole damn time!!

Well, I haven't read the book, but I thought this movie was super hot. I'm glad I didn't listen to any of the negative reviews cuz I really enjoyed this movie. Not the average vampire flick..

This movie was horrible! I should have just stuck to the books (books are aways better in than the movies anyways so I shouldnt have set myself up to expect this to be any good) but it just seems like the movie portrayed evrything wrong, the actors had barely any chemistry, and the set and directing was all off, nvm mind all the side characters acting was all false and gimicky. all in all I went home incredibly disappointed

i was very disappointed at first. the begining was so rushed, it skipped from one incident to the next with giving any build up at all. and then wham! they were all of a sudden meeting the cullens. Like, seriously where'd all the story go? where were the fist couple hundred pages of amazing twilightness? After that the movie was okay, but then scenes were still a little wack. THey fight scene was AMAZING!! Also, they need better lighting you could see that it was bad quality and you could see every flaws on everyones face. The shots were too close up. Meyer probably just jumped at the first director who gave her an offer not thinking about how much experience the director had. They need a

I actually thought it was really good. they left out some minor details that yes could have made the movie better. But when you really think about Stephenie Meyer is such a good writer that is would be quite difficult to completely make a movie out of a book writen by her. So, in the fact that the movie was made after a book written by someone with some of the best writing skills I have seen, it was a good movie. And I have seen the movie 3 times and it has only been out for 5 days so I know what i'm talking about. But I thought most of the acting was really good. All of the actors/actresses were well picked but all of them should have been required to read the book before showing up to the
