Possibly the worst movie ever. Not just from an adaptation standpoint but direction, and acting were a travesty! It is a disgrace to subtract from the main plot in order to add juvenile nonsense to a movie. With just three curt interactions, we are supposed to believe the characters are friends? And wanting to be lovers? The film left a lot to be questioned by those who hadn't read the book. Why is the movie called twilight? Why does Jasper only speak five times? Why did Bella buy a book and not read it? Why does Bella suddenly not have any pants on? Why can I see makeup lines on Robert's face? If Edward loves Bella why is he so nasty all the time? The plot was so choppy and rushe

I thought the movie was great. The acting was fantastic. I liked that the actors were able to portray the characters so well that it was so close to what I imagined while reading the book. I can't wait to see the movie again.

I was honestly a bit disappointed. They need a different director for the next one.

it was really good. even my boyfriend liked it and said he can't wait for the sequel. I've read the books and he didn't. Some parts were missing but they had done justice to it. One disappointment only was bella's lullaby.. I don't know where scene it played? was it the one edward was playing piano? It was not close to a lullaby.

I read all of the books within a week, loved them so much that i became obsessed... I was tempted to go see the movie. I new that i might either love it or hate it. The story and the way that i've pictured the book in my head, wasn't helping my dislike to it. They had modified the story, the actors (Bella and Edward) didn't really connect... it was way off. I would recommend that you don't read the book, before watching the movie.

The movie had a lot of potential but the first 1.5 hours was filled with overacting and a lot of constipated looks passing between the main characters. The last half hour of the movie ended on somewhat of a high note. I can't say which is worse, the movie or the books. Be ready for lots of cringing.

Bella is the worst actress and the movie could have been better with another girl...rather than her...she didnt show any enthusiasm or interest...HORRIBLE acting by bella...Edward played a good role
