I tend to like well done vampire movies, those that go along with the brilliance of what Bram Stoker set forth. But since then there have been many horrible vampire movies made in Hollywood and the anticipation of sillier vampire movies may lead one to stay home. This movie although I loved the plot, I liked the idea of this twisted and forbidden love story compiled of animal lust and carnal desire. I felt that the chemistry between the lovers could have been more intensely displayed and the intensity of the characters overall fell short. I would have liked to see characters with a bit more depth to their persona. Overall this movie was interesting and I would rate it four stars, but it coul

I went into the movie expecting to wowed out of my mind, and generally i was. I was also interested in the fact that they filmed it kind og like an "Indy Film" but was truly blown away by the true chemistry and amazing sets. i must say, I thought that Bella's voice was to be a little more smoothly but I am farly happy with Kristen Stewart's voice. And Robert, oh my god. That was all i could think when he first came on scene, he acted so beautifully that I can honestly say along with probably hundreds of other girls my age that I swooned and grinned and prbably sighed so much that people probably wanted to beat me. Congrats to the cast and crew. i can not wait for the next to come o

It was a great movie I do agree that Robert looked extremly hot but thats not the only important thing about the movie I mean sure good looking males and females makes the movie better but its not all about that you have to think about the acting and the choereography thats the point so I do agree that he is cute and dreamy but the movie is not as great as the book

The movie was AMAZING I watched the movie first and the next day I bought the first two books I'm ready for the third AMAZING movie. I hope that they keep Taylor Lautner as Jacob he's good enough at it why change the characters. Can't wait for New Moon the book made me cry. Can't wait!

Absolutely PAINFUL at times! The writing is on the cheesy side ("These things don't exist in my world" "They do in mine"...????) and I'm not sure I believe the actors in their roles up until the last 20-some minutes of the movie. Awkward to watch at moments...Sort of like watching Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, in that the actors are clearly inexperienced and over-acting. Will not be watching this again.
