I think the expectations for the movie Twilight were set way too high by fans of the book. The book will always be better, you can go into more detail because you can write forever. The movie is time limited, but it did its job, it took us out of reality for a few hours and entertained us. I thought the chemistry between Bella and Edward was believable and sweet. Well done and Congratulations to Stephenie Meyer, can't wait for the next one!

I've read the series at least 9 times now, and I've got to say the movie was a big disappointment. The acting was awkward and dispassionate, and it was painfully obvious that this was a low-budget film. I found myself laughing hysterically at the strange expressions on Rob's face, and at the fact that after two conversations they were declaring their undying love to each other. I just hope they don't botch New Moon.

The movie was great, but it could have been amazing. If I did not read the novel I think I would find the movie to be perfect, but the novel was truely perfect. The move had the perfect cast member for each character that played their roles just like the novel described them as. I know the movie had to be condensed from the book but when this happened it changed to many things from the original store line. Parts of the movie were rearranged in different orders then the novel was and this made it very distracting. The worst part was my top three favourite things that happened in the novel were replaced showing a glimpse in a rearranged order. Hopefully in the next movie it will be written a l
