I have read all the books of this saga. This movie was a very big dissapointment. Now i know that no one should ever expect that a movie will be the book to a tee, but Stephanie Meyer is a wonderful writer and gave soo much detail, that it is really a shame that the writers didnt use that to their advantage. For instance medow scean was a very big part of this book and they didnt even play it right so i dont see how they are going to use it in New Moon when again it is a vital part of the book. Bella was horriably acted, she wasnt the same in anyways at all except for the qutoes from the book she said she was much to passive had no emotion and was a huge shame. Rosalie was very convincing an

The book itself was spectacular, intense and intimate. The movie, not so much. The only reason the movie was half decent is it finally gave an image to attach to the book. The movie had potential, if only they had spent more time on the actual relationship between Edward and Bella. Should've included some of the 'little' scenes in the book that were heart stoppingly adorable.

i loved all of it. I read the first book in one night, because i just couldn't put it down. i did the same with the second third and fourth books. i thought that there was no way the movie could possibly capture the magic of the books, but it did. i was just as entranced by the movie as i was by the book. most movie's don't follow the book very well, but twilight was so perfect. it was the best anyone could have expected. i love the way jasper was played. he looked very awkward, just like in the book. bella was perfect, and edward was beautiful. the entire movie was so intense the entire movie theatre was crying by the end. it was so incredible. thanks again to stephanie meyer for bringing th

This movie was a hard film to make, considering the books were so amazing. However, I think they did a good job and that it was a well done film. I think most of the characters were cast well. As for Edward, that is such a hard role to play and I think he pulled through and did a good job. The only thing I think needed improvment was the fact that they never really seemed " utterly in love" it wasn't enough to grasp there obsession with eachother.
