I am such a huge fan of these books i read them in 4 days .. this movie was truly dissapointing the acting was terrible the over the top make up actually everything !!! There was so much potential to make this a truly epic movie i only hope the next one has a differnt director and cast !!! What was Stephenie Myer thinking allowing this horrible movie to enter theatres ? ...

I was VERY disapointed with the movie. I found Edward not hot AT ALL and found lots of his "serious" scenes quite hilarious, he was described completely differently in the novels.
I thought Bella's actor did a good job, except she was already more beautiful than any of the other female characters (which wasnt suppose to be true) That plus her skin was as pale as the vampires.
And as for them, I thought Jasper looked like he had a stick up his butt, and didnt look scared like he was supposed to.
But, all that aside, the most disapointing part was the graphics! Seriously! we can do better than that now adays!!! And it wasnt like it was a low budget movie! Who ever they picked to do

I loved the movie it was amazing.i fell in love with the movie and Edward. and i found everything right for the movie i dont like people saying bad stuff about this movie. i hope they keep the same cast cause i liked them they did really good. and thats how i feel i dont care what anyone else thinks. i cant wait to own it on dvd

The movie held true to the book. It was a love story that had some action in it. If you read the book, you would know why there wasn't alot of dialogue...it was definately worth seeing.

I thought this movie was SUCH A disappointment. I've been waiting almost a year to see it and it disappointed. The actors I felt didn't portray the characters very well . Aside from Emmett, Alice, Carlilse, James and Mike I found that the other actors didn't do anything for the characters.
Alot of important details were left out and I was utterly quite bored during the movie.

Ugh, this was so bad. I loved the books, but sitting thru this was just painful. Bad acting, bad makeup, bad chemistry. No development of characters and horrible special effects. Jasper looked like Edward Scissorhands and Edward talked like him. Rosalee was nowhere near as breathtaking as she should have been and all the men creeped me out. Utter waste of time and money.

Im very upset that some people are giving Twilight a bad review because they say they 'didn't even see any fangs'. First of all, in the book the vampires don't have any fangs so in my opinion these critics should at least learn a little bit more about the backround of this movie before they are so quick to judge. I thought Robert played an amazing Edward, and this is coming from a girl who went into the theater dreading his preformance (I wasnt a fan of him before this movie). But seriously people, it was a low budget film to begin with, cut it some slack.

For a grade 7, in to reading kind of girl I was absoulutly AMAZED!!!!!!!!!! by how well done this movie was. I also love the books because not only does it compare vampiars and mortal beings, but it is also a love classic between Bella and Edward and how their love is infanant. Bravoooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
