it was alright, but there didn't seem to be enough emotion between Edward and Bella (Robert Pattinson, Kristin Stewart)they didnt really smile and it all seemed too serious. in the book, they joked around and there was alot more intimacy between them. in watching the movie, you couldn't really grasp that. ive read the series at least a dozen times (obviously im a huge fan)and i knew the movie wasn't going to be as good as the book (i know of perhaps one movie that genuinely stayed true to the book it was based on and that was A&E's Pride and Pejudice), but regardless of my low expectations, the movie was a let down. i hope that with catherine hardwicke no longer directing and chris weitz ta

I feel this movie didn't come anywhere near developing the great plot from the book. The acting did not lend enough strength to the characters. Also, I really wanted to see more in the way of vampire makeup. Hello... FANGS!! They just didn't look sinister enough. With reference to the plot, Jacob didn't tell Bella enough, as he did in the book. She had to figure it out on her own.

well i think that the movie was not as good as the book bella/kristen stewart didnt realy act her parts well she never smiled at edward/ robert partterson when they looked at each other they never said "i love you" at all in the movie but in the book they did and the romance was not quit right in the movie and i really love the twilight saga but the movie was making me laugh the whole time.

I didn't like the movie at all! i thought Bella was terrible and fake!! Edward and Bella didn't even seem that they liked each other! If i was the director I would be ashamed of myself! New Moon better be awsome or i am going to scream!!

Cleverly done, effects were outstanding. Keeps you hanging off the edge of your seat. Not to mention that reading the book before watching the movie helps when you want to know how the characters are feeling in their situations, seeing as you cant see it while watching the movie.

i was looking forward to it but it was horrible cinematography was mediocre, the actors weren't acting that great not worth your money. I read the book before so i based my review after reading the book, still hoping the next one will be better.
