  it was good movie except it wasnt true to the books. the casting wasnt that good and i was hoping it would b a dark sad movie other then a comedy-like movie. but o well i still luved the movie!!!yea!!!

  This was an entertaining movie. I was curious to see how they would bring this series of books to the big screen and I think that they did a good job. Yes, it is different than the books - take a look at Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter - both series were "adapted" for their movies (liberties were taken on when events happened, what happened, etc.), but that`s just the way it happens. If you really liked the books as they are and can`t bear for changes, read the books! As for me, I am looking forward to the next movie, AND for the next book in this series!

  the average Rating of Lemony Snickets A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS is okay but it could be a bit better.. me i thought that it deserved a 6-six or 7-seven.... i`m reading the books alot now that i have seen the movie..
