Stunning visuals, 3D used efficiently, and the story is fun for any sci-fi fan out there. Story and characters have depth.

Visually remarkable, aurally dismal. Unobtanium? Really?!?!?! I hope James Cameron lets a real writer take a pass at the sequel's script.

A great technical achievement, but an overly simple story and barely there characters keep it from becoming a true classic.

Yes the special effects, as we have been told by the media, may be groundbreaking, the scenery picturesque, and the action sequences in your face, but the wooden dialogue, the predictability, the over explanation, the clichéd characters, make for a violent cartoon rather than an inspiring movie for those past their 13th birthday.

It was a good movie for a fantasy movie. classic plot.. love.. heartbreak. betrayal.. good movie but not the best.
