  promising ingredients-helen mirren,the beautiful french countryside,"east meets west" but too desperate to predictably present and then resolve the plot threads.saccharine and predictable.but mirren was good as usual. the inside look at cooking as art was interesting though.

  Fabulous movie!!! I looked around the theater a few times during the show and saw everyone smiling. That's a sure sign of a good film.

  Great story that was well told. Really good acting. The movie was great without being diluted with cursing, sex and explicit violence. I highly recommend seeing it.

  The best movie I've ever seen. I saw it twice it was so good. You can feel the love, hardship and comedy that this family goes thru. It held your interest right from the beginning to the end. A must see.

  I loved the passion and the love for food between the 2 cultures.I love the scenery and the story line. Great Movie

  A lovely film. Great story, good script, wonderful characters, fine acting. Could not have asked for more.
