Loved it, seen it three times by now. It‘s a dark comedy science-fiction satire or whatever you want to call it, well made and grotesquely plausible. The great leader Mark Ruffalo and his dominant wife Toni Collette being flat and most unlikable is the point, contrasted by Nasha and Dorothy (in some way) who really see Mickey as a person. Loved those little creepers, great animation!

Pattison threw himself into the role, it's the highlight of the movie. Tony Collette's role failed to deliver the camp of the ads. Ruffalo was flattest. Hard to feel anything for him.
Tried to do a smear of Trump followers but it lacks credibility. It's just hate rather than insight.
The writing/editing failed to cohere. Could have been good but the movie lacks insight into real audiences...ltn

There hasn't been very many sci-fi films in the last few years. This is on of the better ones. Some of the acting was a little "Jim Careyish" in a film that wasn't a comedy, but the rest was good.

It's like MULTIPLICITY, only darker and more political and much longer. Did they really have to cast horrible actor and hatemonger Mark Ruffalo in this?

While many of the ideas in the mo ie have been done before the Ppraoch was refreshing. Robert Pattinson's portayal was a little annoying at first but once i got used to it I could appreciate his talent. Maybe I just found the character's personality a little annoying. Really enjoyed it!
