  It was good, of all the Twighlight Saga, the second book - New Moon is the one that gives the foundation and background info for the other two novels. It was a good movie, they did well and it was true to the book. Which is always hard to accomplish. I recommend it.

  Thought chemistry between Jake and Bella was great! Chemistry lost a little between Bella and Edward. All in all, pretty well done. Looking forward to Eclipse.

  Saw it....it was O.K. But, I agree with the 40year old Dad. I also read the books, loved them!!!! Re-read New Moon recently. I think the change in the Director, and the higher budget changed the make-up (literally) of the Movie, but not in a good way. Hopefully the Director of Eclipse will be able to bring it back to what it should be, although they will need more special effects in that one.

  Horrible. I don't understand what people liked about this movie. The acting was just sooo bad, the ending was stupid and there was no story to the movie. The first one was way better than this one. This movie was a huge disappointment. I almost fell asleep through the movie, there was no action to keep me awake. The plot was just dragging....

  Alright I'm 40 and a Dad, I read all the books because I monitor what my girls read. Thought the books were excellent. Watched Twilight very well put together and flowed well. Now for "New Moon"...I was disappointed. I believe that switching directors in this case may have altered the personality of the film. (Maybe that was the goal) But the lack of genuine chemistry being portrayed between the characters was almost annoying. You can copy and paste the "mushy" sequences because they don't change at all. Same head tilt same lip curl. I believe as a director you have to notice those things in a movie to make it believable. First 35mins are long, good moments but long. The

  I really enjoyed this movie. I liked it better than the first one. The way they depicted Edward when Bella was seeing him was really well done.

  It was so good! Way better then Twilight. Kristen Stewart did way better being Bella. The acting was very much improved on her part. The wolves were great, it did the book justice. Way to go new director, they should totally have him redo Twilight to its potential. Wish he was directing Eclipse...
