Lorsqu'un nouveau tueur Ghostface, fait son apparition dans la paisible ville où Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) a refait sa vie, ses pires craintes se matérialisent alors que sa fille (Isabel May), devient la nouvelle cible.
