    Wolf Man

This movie is an exact copy of "The beast within" starring Kit Harrington. Both main actors look the absolute same too. If you seen one you seen the other.

Only PART 1 and was almost 3 hours long, as soon as they get into any kind of excitement and action is the last few instances of the film.

I liked the whole movie. I thought it was great. I revisited my youth in the music, people and places.

One review gives Sally Struthers a good review, but it is actress Jacki Weaver in the roll; not Sally.

    The Substance

It wasn't the gore; It was the escalation of tension/suspense & score that brought me back a fifth time with the re-release. Ms Fargeat is the female version of Darren Aronofsky (Black Swan, Requiem for a Dream). In spite of a fifth viewing, I still found myself tense & holding my breath at times. It is cringe worthy, but brilliant in its messaging on youth & beauty expectations. rh

    Gladiator II

Tuesday, January 21, 2025 6:34:29 PM | (Age Not Specified)

I have been to see Gladiator II four times since November of last year, and have enjoyed it every time! While it’s not historically accurate, it does a great job as an epic film, following up from Gladiator, with Paul Mescal as the adult Lucius, who comes to terms with himself and his great civic responsibility due to lineage as well as with the extremely inhumane nature of Rome itself. In my opinion, the film’s recreation of Rome and the Coliseum are superb, among other fine scenes, so please go, enjoy, and be entertained! 🍿
