  Just re-watched this for the first time in a few years, and while there have been newer entires into LGBTQ+ holiday fare, this is a great early example with a lot of important moments. There's something charming about hitting all the same beats that a more common straight holiday movie would hit, and it's actually important as well -- because while queer couples may have more challenges, there's still so much commonality between navigating the holidays, disagreements with family, finding love. And the sentiment is part of what we want from a holiday romance film! The formula persists because it's popular, and it's great to see a male couple have the same struggles. Love is love, after all.

  Wicked 2 was an entertaining movie. Like an old time Ziegfield production brought into 2025. The sets and choreography was wonderful. Costumes huge and hair and make up out of this world. Everyone knows the story of Oz. It lacked story line. jumping from song to song. Wicked on Broadway was just that on Broadway. 2 plus hours long and a musical. Wicked movies - I expected a little more in almost 5 hours.

  I've seen these two movies a million times, but I never saw these movies on the big screen. It makes a world of difference. Not to mention, some never before seen footage was added. I won't spoil the new footage though. You'll have to see it for yourself.

  Go see it. This is how to make a movie. I haven't been emotional about a story in years. This did it. It's visually beautiful and very well written. The music fits in all the right places. Bravo.

  OMG! What a wonderful movie! It's been a long time since I saw anything of this quality. Acting, music, script, subject, pace... the whole thing was excellence!
