  The Housemaid

  Well made and acted, the Housemaid gives Amanda Seyfried and Sydney Sweeney lots of opportunity to play up various twists and turns as the movie's central themes of maniacal control and abuse take hold. Of course the story is wildly implausible but that is secondary to its sneaky plot and dark, deadpan humour. Gotta love Seyfreid, she's just terrific.

  Basic plot done well. Always appreciate the eye candy. I thought the pool portion of the movie was too long.

  There hasn't been a good sci-fi in a long time. This is the best I have seen in a while. It is hard to find in theatres however. Worth a watch.
