    Joker: Folie à Deux

Tuesday, October 8, 2024 4:00:33 PM | (Age Not Specified)

Phoenix embodies the songs with raw emotion ranging from hurt and pain to the joy experienced by a hopeless, lonely man who believes that he has made a real connection. The pacing is excellent with one hit after another coming alive on the screen, and contrary to what many reviews state there is indeed a storyline; it is based on the tragic life of Arthur that is characterized by deception and rejection with the songs serving as a through line to his fleeting moments of happiness as well as his overwhelming sorrow. Phoenix gives a tremendous, resounding heartfelt performance down to the heartbreaking end.

    The Substance

Tuesday, October 8, 2024 12:09:03 PM | (Age Not Specified)

It is good to see Demi Moore back and no punches are pulled in this gore-fest of a horror movie that makes great social commentary on Hollywood's obsession with remaining youthful and the lengths people will go to. Though some audiences are repulsed by what they hadn't expected, they may be missing this commentary altogether. Horrific and sometimes a bit humorous (as with Dennis Quaid," "The Substance" should be highly acclaimed and hopefully will be.

    Look Back

I Loved it!! It's a shame that due to its low popularity, many people won't get to see or even hear about this masterpiece

    The Apprentice

Fascinating movie about Donald Trump, covering his life from early 30s to 40s. Sebastian Stan does a great job as the Donald.

    Joker: Folie à Deux

Another exercise in stigmatizing/slandering the mentally ill. The Nazis had a similar attitude towards those unfortunates.

    Beetlejuice Beetlejuice

Tuesday, October 8, 2024 8:21:21 AM | (Age Not Specified)

All the actors were excellent. The storyline was quirky just like beetlejuice # 1 was. Its not a complicated movie, but it was well made and had me laughing out loud alot.

    Vindicating Trump

Tuesday, October 8, 2024 2:05:41 AM | (Age Not Specified)

It looked like a very accurate depiction of the leftists and their willingness to do ANYthing to win. Lie, cheat, steal, kill! - that's just politics, and par for the course. It's sickening. I appreciate my badass, fist-pumping, mean-tweeting, raw, "unpolished", unbought patriot President, that is not from the swamp vs any Communist, America-hating, atheistic, censoring, anti-constitutional career politician. God, please continue to protect DJT, and use him to save and bring back our beautiful country. Jesus Christ is our Savior, not DJT, but God can use DJT and us all for His greater purpose, Hid greater glory!

    The Wild Robot

Tuesday, October 8, 2024 1:45:16 AM | (Age Not Specified)

Adorable! So cute and a good message of sacrificial love, and admitting when you are wrong, and admitting you care about someone. Beautiful story. Nothing to do with Star Wars, but kinda relevant in this age of AI creepiness. I could see this again, maybe with my Godkids.

    Am I Racist?

Tuesday, October 8, 2024 1:35:16 AM | (Age Not Specified)

I kinda felt bad for the folks that spent big bucks on these "Seminars", only to be "interrupted" by Matt. I felt sorry for their ignorance and these seminar leaders taking advantage of the participant's mental issues. Then again, they chose to buy into this. Hopefully they will learn from this that they are not evil for being white, and refuse to be guilted/conned into those thoughts. Matt utterly destroys dei (die?), and exposes the snake oil selling of something that was so not a big deal until a certain "clean and articulate" man came into office, who stoked Division, Envy, Idiocy. Let it DIE already. How do we end racism? According to Morgan Freeman, "Stop talking about it!"

    Megalopolis

Tuesday, October 8, 2024 1:13:45 AM | (Age Not Specified)

Weird, yet inexplicably appealing. I liked the analogy of the Roman Empire and today's messed up world and their collision course. Eerily foretelling and creepy at times. It was an experience, but not sure I want to do that again. I'm still confused about it all, so 3.5
