At first I was bothered by Matt Damon's character and I didn't get why he was telling people lies, other than thinking he was going to take the $. My wife and I ended up really enjoying it. When Ben and Matt are together, they really know how to play off each other...obviously. A lot of acronyms were hard to figure out since we aren't in the DEA or police biz, but you kind of just go along with it. Tensions were raised and I guess the explanation for the cartel's actions were sufficiently explained (I still don't buy it), and overall it was totally worth watching.

Because of Bourne's exposure of covert agencies within our government in "Ultimatum", these same agencies decide it's best to shut them all down. Aaron Cross, an agent from the Outcome operation isn't too happy about that. Much more a simple chase film and less an espionage / political subterfuge film, Jeremy Renner does a great job as our star agent and it still works as an exciting international action thriller. In fact, I'd like to see more Aaron Cross but that's probably not going to happen. -- DrNostromo.com

The movie was not as good as the first, like most sequel movies. And during the first quarter of the movie, there was sprinkled woke nonsense. But it was ever so slight. You may ask, why does that matter? Well, not every parent cares for Hollywood's 2 cents.
Again, like the title of the review states, it's an almost 2-hour void-filler.

1977. I remember this even. I couldn't go to the washroom while this film was on for fear of missing something. The ending is also a surprise. There needs to be fewer fantasy films and more films like this.

I loved every minute of it. Fantastic acting snd great story. There is do much crap in tgr theatre and this and Songs Sung Blue stand out so far this year.
