    Kraven the Hunter

A lot of "ahhhh" and "Gunting" but when there's action, it's decent. I think it effectively shows his power set. Smell, eye sight, durability, speed, etc. Decently shows everyone else's powers too. The backpack on Rhino...seemed out of place. Just rip it off. It's got to be uncomfy. Does he sleep with it on???? It was better than that dreadful Madame Web. Ultimately, it was not too bad. But in the comics, his ultimately hunt would be for Spider-man, but where's the connection? I feel like he should have been somehow crossing paths with Spidey, Or little hints here an there woven into the movie plot.

    Greenland 2: Migration

Monday, January 19, 2026 2:58:17 PM | (Age Not Specified)

It deserves way better than the ratings it has. It had adventure, was a great escape movie (if you like that) and I liked the ending. I also thought it was well done with good acting. It's not the absolute best, best movie I've seen, however, it fit the 'bill' for me to see it. I came away grateful for all we have on our earth right now! That was another plus, along with the fact it wasn't too long like others out now.

    Madagascar

This movie is an analogy about people transitioning through the lens of the animal kingdom. It's very positive with LGBTQ+ role models and the free dispensation of needed meds. Many omit these themes as they are presented in an easy-to-follow animated format.

    I Was a Stranger

Monday, January 19, 2026 1:38:07 PM | (Age Not Specified)

Another film about a person undergoing social and then medical transition. The film shows the difficulties of having to buy new clothes and trying to pick a new name similar to the person's old name. Many applauded when a name was finally chosen.

    Predator: Badlands

I liked the special effects & the movie as a whole a lot. The main reason I didn't give it 4 stars was Elle Fannings character. She wouldn't shut up much throughout. I get she's an android so it kind of makes sense but still found her lines & acting rather annoying. Other than that the movie was pretty good.
