    Marty Supreme

Tuesday, March 3, 2026 9:34:05 PM | (Age Not Specified)

In Marty, Timothée Chalamet embodies a young man shaped by the harsh rhythms of 1950s New York—a city where ambition and desperation often blur. Marty hustles with frenetic determination, using his intelligence and manipulative streak to chase an unlikely dream: competing for the table-tennis World Title. His worldview is forged by an environment that rewards toughness and punishes vulnerability. The film shines as a period drama, with evocative cinematography and a cast that brings real emotional texture. Gwyneth Paltrow plays her role with a quiet, aching sadness, while Kevin O’Leary delivers a chilling performance as her cold, domineering husband. Though the film lingers a bit longer than necessary, it remains a compelling and beautifully crafted piece of American independent cinema.

    EPiC: Elvis Presley in Concert

Tuesday, March 3, 2026 2:42:01 PM | (Age Not Specified)

This is the best movie I have seen in a very long time. The only negative thing I can say about it is that it had to end- could have watched many more hours of it. I grew up listening to Elvis in the 70's and there will never be another phenom like him. He still has undeniable sex appeal to this day. When he passed away at the young age of 42 in 1977, the world stood still at such a loss. This movie is an incredible tribute to a true legend. Go see it!

    Psycho Killer

Tuesday, March 3, 2026 5:55:31 AM | (Age Not Specified)

A movie about a cop hunting a serial killer. Lots of bloodshed along the way, plus one icky sex scene featuring devil-worshippers. (Think "Eyes Wide Shut" filmed in someone's living room on a weekday afternoon.) The principal actor (the cop) does a decent job, but the eponymous "psycho killer" has a weird Darth Vader voice and doesn't really exude menace. The chief devil-worshipper meanwhile is more campy than fearsome. The camerawork of the film is nicely done. It's let down by a music score that's thin. Many of the scenes lack any background music at all. The brief scene with "psycho killer" riding in a golf-cart is unintentionally comedic. Overall, this is a decently watchable film that gets the job done, but it's pretty cliche.

    Wuthering Heights

Monday, March 2, 2026 6:31:27 PM | (Age Not Specified)

If you are expecting to see a pretty, romantic Wuthering Heights, watch the original from 1939 on Turner Classic Movies on TV instead. Emily Bronte is rolling in her grave since this remake debuted! Dark and depressing. The main 2 characters go at it like a pair of rabbits throughout the movie. Such a deviation from 1939. And the ending, ugh! Don't waste your money!
