Bro the setup and storytelling of the sub and Simon are mad cool. Like, its not just a dude in a sub for two hours - you gotta pay attention to details. There's just enough info to give you glimpses, and even when you see the monster you dont really -see- the monster. Cosmic horror at its finest.

Most horror games turned into movies tend to disappoint me as an avid horror game fan. Everything from the cinematography to the costume designs were handled with such love and passion which truly made the movie incredible. It was an amazing experience getting to watch all the hard work up on the big screen. Can't wait to see where Mark and the team goes from here!

Was it a perfect movie? No, but Mark understood the assignment of turning a video game into a movie, and he understands how to write a tragedy and a slow burn eldritch horror story. The whole team knocked the damn thing out of the park, and have good reason to be proud of the movie they made.

I went to see this movie with high expectations and it delivered ten fold. The cinematography, The special and practical effects, The costume designs, everything was so well done and was clearly made with passion. Although I recommend learning the base story of the game before coming into the theatre, watching it without any knowledge can still be an amazing experience. I would gladly watch this movie again.

i was glued the whole time. so suspenseful and intriguing tryna figure out what's happening. never knew what would happen next. so cinematic too, the shots are fantastic. going to see it again before it leaves theaters.
