I loved it and thought it was really well done, and exactly what you'd expect from a backrooms movie that we've all been waiting for. Acting was superb, story was great, and I left the theater happy as it was the first A24 movie I've seen in there.

Camera jumped all over like it was the Blair Witch. Kept hoping it would pull the plot together but never did. I suppose the excuse is it was a depiction of insanity.

It starts a little slow in the beginning but later on it picks up. Note that this movie requires the viewer to be at least slightly media literate, as it doesn’t hold your hand and explain everything to you.
