It runs on what people say, "It`s better to have loved then loss, than never have loved at all". The power of love and fate brings the two characters together and together yet again, and fixes all wrongs into right again. What brings everything together: Clemintine (Winslet), at the beginning of the film says, "I cant stand the idea of not living my life to the fullest"; near the end when everything seems to be lost hope, Clemintine, "So what do we do now?", Joel (Carrey), "Just enjoy it" (it`ll clarify after seeing the film). Technical element: amazing; screenplay/directing: phenominal; Carrey and Winslet; the unexpectedly, successfully matc

It is fantastic, finally a movie that hasn`t ripped it`s idea from a vintage movie.

One of the best of the year. Another example of Kaufman`s ability to tell beautiful stories in unique ways. And for those who were expecting funny, too bad - it wasn`t meant to be funny, and Jim Carey IS a well rounded actor who can do more than just funny roles. Kate Winslet is also spectacular. If you have a brain or a heart, you`ll love this movie: 5 STARS!

the movie blowed, I know people should always know their roles, and jim carey`s role is to make people laugh, i`m not interested in his serious side, no offense to him, but this wasn`t for him
