Only reason I gave this 1 star is because there was no option to give it 0 stars. 1. There is no story line to speak of. 2. Max plays almost no part in the entire movie. 3. The movie is one endless car chase with an obnoxious number of explosions, half of which make no sense.

Some of the FX are over the top and I can't say I fully understood what they were saying all the time, but luckily the dialog is not crucial to the story so I didn't really fell like I missed much. Tom and Charlize were decent in their roles but Nicholas Hoult was the real stand out. Also there is a lot of buzz about the electric guitar guy, but I don't get it... he seemed out of place in my opinion. I had no choice but to see this in 3D (since no one will show it to me on a normal screen) and I found it distracting, probably took away from the
