Well done! Enjoyable, last movie was my favorite, story and all the events and characters. My only objection, is always about the women not about the man when it comes to divorce or most scandals. The characters were so good once again, movie too short.

I was not disappointed. I know there will be no further stories, so I am glad they wrapped up the stories as they did, even with the final scene in the hallway with Mary as she remembers the missing fellow actors. I cried but I loved the story and enjoyed the movie.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. It was fun to see so many of the characters with all their unique personalities in this final wrap. I was concerned that we would be left with an empty feeling but instead I left satisfied and content with the implied direction of the lives of the characters.

Yes, Ive watched the series over 200 times! I have much to say, but will make only a few points. 1. I dont see the advantage of producing the last 3 movies, -vs- extending the series. Only a DA fan will understand the context. The loss of context to a DA newbie is way worse than previous two movies. I dont see the advantage of the movies -vs- extending the series. 2. The "Patrick Gordan" issue was never resolved which I consider an important unaddressed potential plot! Freshen up your recall if you must! I hoped the movie would address this cliffhanger, and I cant imagine hardcore DA fans would disagree. Wouldn't it have been more interesting than Mary's divorce?!? 3. I was grateful the screenplay avoided "HS" intimacy this time. Those previous scenes should've been cut in the first place. I was going to leave the theater if it happened again. I find it unbelievable that the "H's" deviance would be more tolerant than "sleeping with a stranger." Overall, the disgraced divorce plot is weak. They should've expanded on the Patrick Gordan claim to the Earldom as a finale.

Mary is at it again. Reprise of season 1 opener naughtiness to end the whole shebang. The Cole Porter addition is great for those who love his history and charm. Edith has a great arc. Cared about every plot point but the county fair. Good hard edges with a creamy filling.

I was expecting a bit more. It was good nice to see the original Cast. Some parts hard to follow. Costumes great ending a wee sad.

This episode had great villains, one human, another societal. It was glorious in scenes and costume, a feast for the eyes - a trademark of Julian Fellowes' works. It was soppy emotional, but that's what we wanted as well. The time went quick. I don't think this has to be the end of this franchise. I would like to see a prequel or two.

A kinder and gentler option to all the horror schlock playing theaters right now. For fans - it is bitter sweet. For foes- a waste of time.

The most boring movie of the last decade, I wanted to leave after 10 minutes. And I liked the first Downton movie as well as the TV series.
