I thought the movie was average. It had moments of great intense scenes but mixed with some scenes that were too long and without any emotion. I found myself not caring about Anakin and the turmoil he was going through. I was upset with the Padme storyline as it does not hold true to the original Star Wars when Luke and Leah are talking about their mother

"Revenge of the Sith" succesfully captures the essence and atmostphere that made the original trilogy so popular. In Padme, one can see a part of Leia, and in the good of Anakin Skywalker, a part of Luke. Ewan McGregor brillantly portrays the wisdom and wit present in the character that Alec Guiness brought to life decades ago. Although the dialogue in "Revenge of the Sith" is a bit thin, the movie, with its amazing battle scenes, is nonetheless a grand finale to the greatest saga in the history of movie-making.

Despite all it`s flaws and there were a lot of them (clunky dialogue, telegraphed plot twists, high meleodrama, etc) Ep III had some incredibly cool special effects, and the plot was much tighter than the previous two.

I personally thought it was a horrible film. The first two episodes let me down too - as I love the old three. But this one was a new kind of something, that`s for sure. I was already checking my watch by the first half hour, and too many times I rolled my eyes at the dialogue. I don`t think George Lucas should write dialogue - at all. At one point in a scene with Padme and Anakin I thought "Oh Natalie, for shame." I love the actors in this movie, but they weren`t given anything to work with. At least she proved her worth with Closer and Garden State, because if Star Wars was all she had on her resume, boo! Just too often I was reminded of th

this movie was better than Men In Black II.. and i thought no movie would ever surpass that. George Lucas makes great movies, Starwars, Men In Black, Batman series, Indiana Jones..etc.
