To the flippant film reviewer who regards anyone who dislikes this movie as "brainwashed retards" I have a rebuttal. Get a life. Get a girlfriend.Stop playing video games and air your brain out. Please.

All you brainwashed retards giving it one or two stars because it wasn't 2nd hours of balls to the wall action can go jump off a bridge. This was a well crafted film that is constantly building up to the big reveal of the star of the show. My only couple of complaints are from the not great acting on Aaron Taylor-Johnson's part and the fact that once the big reveal happens it just cuts away to a different scene. Movie is a big tease but is very much worth it when the final act gets going. If you want stupid mindless action go watch pacific rim or f**king transformers.

Big and loud, body-crunching, building-crushing mayhem. Never mind the cardboard human characters, this is about giant monsters doing their thing, and doing it well. The 1998 film was a bore. But this Godzilla rules.

one of the worst letdowns of the year.. All the previous made it look like it was going to be a block buster and it was a block bunder. Doesn't even deserve the name Godzilla you see him for a total of 23min. Captain America is still the best movie of the year.

The only entertaining part of this film had to do with the way Godzilla dispatched the female Mutos at the end of the film. Aside from that, the obvious assumption that should be directed to director Gareth Edwards and his production team is how much did you enjoy fleecing the public with this stinker of a film?

Absolute waste of time and money. Ridiculous movie about Mutos chasing radiation to spawn while Godzilla rarely appears throughout the film. Only took them two hours to discover that Godzilla could breathe fire. Horrible. Avoid this sinker.
