  A good movie, awesome effects, a good sequel to the 1953 version, but... too many , none Believable sections ,Like a airplane crashing into house, but does not burn, debris all over place, but.. Amazingly a clear road to drive on.. and it goes on. I liked it, but considering the 1953 version, and the special effects they had in those days... it the 1953 version is much better... also this version did not follow the story line as close. The acting was better in this one... but the 1953 version is still better

  Go see this movie now!! It is excellent. Speilberg and Cruise do a brilliant job. Speilberg is so good that you actually feel like you are right there with Cruise and that is one place you DON"T want to be.

  narration by Morgan Freeman(i think) was ok, ACTION, ACTION, Cruise at his best, Dakota best supporting actress....weak ending. Overall very enjoyable
