I have been playing minecraft for years an other people have to, minecraft isn't bad in my opinion, and one of the reviews had gave it a one star because it was a children's movie when on the tickets it says that it is pg which means that it is made for children to be able to see without adult supervision. If you don't like it don't watch it. I do say that it was a little cringe at some parts but there were some meaningful things in the movie for me. People will also rate the movie/ theater based on how other people react. Unless you got physically assaulted it is not the theaters fault nor movies that chaos Arupted at your theater while watching the movie. I had no problems with mine, and even if I had I wouldn't give a one star just because some kids threw popcorn.

This movie isn't just a adaptation of Minecraft but rather there other Minecraft games as well like Minecraft Legends for example. This website also represents this movie incorrectly. It has the movie listed with it making 13.7M in Top Box Office Movies but its actually made over 345M in the US alone.
