  If it is really set in Nova Scotia the characters should speak Canadian. Grade 3 not 3rd grade

  Love this show ! Its about family, it shows how we are drawn to our family roots. It touches so many different topics that families can relate to.

  Production is excellent -sound, photography, music, lighting. Acting is very good. I am surprised it's so good. I just stumbled on to this show and will be watching the next episodes. Love the location.

  The acting is ok. I originally thought John Wayne would have said, "True Grit." But as the show progressed, And we see maybe 2-3 different fathers to Maggie, I found myself saying, "Oh what a tangled web we weave, when we practice to deceive."
