Was a decent action movie. Could have been better. Almost no interaction with The Entity
That was disappointing. I would have loved to see Ethan going toe to toe with the rouge Ai
But alas no such conflict. Most of the action was with good and bad people trying to thwart Ethan s attempt to capture the Ai.
Oh well maybe in the next movie as it ended with a cliffhanger.

It is a decent summertime "popcorn flick". The stunts were fun to watch. There was no dramatic tension, the viewer knows that Hunt and his team will come through (miraculously) unscathed. It would have been a much better movie if the stakes were higher, but then again it would not have been a MI/Tom Cruise money-grabber. Fun to watch, just don't take it seriously and enjoy the ride.

We'll see if it's gonna make it "BIG" or not?! Tom Cruise always makes interesting films. He'll make big money again. He's able to catch the audience's attention. Always does. Has the ability to catch the audience's attention and able to catch the stunts that he can do every time.
