The storyline was really touching & sensitive. Amidst all the trials people endure in their daily lives in the 'Maximum City',people still make time & effort to show kindness to strangers & make life worth living. The anticipation of events is created cleverly & the casting could not have been better! I have lived part of my life in Mumbai & it felt as though i was witnessing reality!

A beautiful movie masterfully told. Great script, acting, directing, photography. It was a pure delight. You felt so deeply for the 4 main characters including the Auntie upstairs. I would highly recommend "The Lunch Box" to anyone who loves movies.
