The language was so gratuitously filthy (and I'm no prude) that it took away from the film. Why? Why oh why have we sunk so low? A well placed f-bomb, or a s__t, or a G.Damnit can carry some weight/grab some attention...but this was an assault to one's sensibilities.

there was a time when spy movies were charming , the spies neat charming polite and discrete. this vulgar bit of trash is not that time, mccarthy is about as subtle as a cow being branded and twice as loud

There were lots of fat jokes that I found demeaning to Melissa McCarthy and overweight people in general. The "F" word was used profusely and it just wasn't funny. I won't be going to any of her movies in the future and I was surprised that she would be a part of such drivel.

This movie had it all in terms of humour and suspense throughout. Yes, there was a good deal of swearing, but what do people think when they are going to a R-rated movie? I think some people do not do their homework prior to going (and possibly being offended) - bunch of thunder***ts!!
