The popularity of this terrible movie is truly mystifying. It's not that funny at all, and the characters are really awful. If you watch this you'll be watching some genuinely creepy people do some truly reprehensible things...and we're supposed to like these people?!? As far as Christmas movies go this is one stinky lump of coal. Richard Curtis is a tone-def hack. He truly sucks giant elephant balls. Avoid this garbage at all costs.

Outstanding. This movie has everything - if you want a love story, you've got one, comedy? British wit at its best! It is a movie you will want to watch over and over again.
Enjoy...
