  not even close to being one of the best movies I've ever seen. You'd have to be into cinematography to really enjoy this movie. I found myself falling asleep through parts of it. Too long.

  cool effects,this saved the movie, but too long and boring, dragged story line out to long. it made my wife sick. I couldn't wait for it to be over.

  This Is By Far The Best Movie I Have Seen In A Long Long Long Time.. I Enjoyed, My Husband Enjoyed It & Even My 6 Year Old Enjoyed It.. Definately A Must See.. Can't Wait Till It Comes Out On DVD..

  The attention to detail and, of course, 3D is stunning; it's quite a spectacle to watch and perhaps the definition of escapist media. However, the plot is cliche, and none of the characters particularly stand out (except for the Na'vi princess, Neytiri), and the message, as fervent as it is, is too black and white. As well, the conclusion is far too drawn out and I definitly felt the length towards the end -- but, despite its flaws, it's still a fun movie and great way to spend three hours.

  I have never commented on a movie before but I must say this was a visually stunning movie. I saw it in an imax theatre and some of the scenes were breathtaking. A very good movie and a joy to watch.

  Freakin' great movie.... Anyone hating this movie is negative....they must have sad lives....this is an amazing movie!!!!!

  I personally did not like this movie. It was only good because of 3-d. The story wasn't good, and the main character was annoying and not likeable.
