  While certainly not as entertaining as the original, there were definitely laugh-out-loud moments, and the half dozen teenage boys sitting beside me laughed more than I did which I thought spoke well of the re-make and its appeal to folks sixty years younger than I am.

  Non-stop sight gags amidst an onslaught of one-liners and perfect dead-pan delivery, The Naked Gun is played for corny, campy laughs. A few jokes fall flat but no matter because the goofiness just doesn't let up. Great performances throughout headed by Liam Neeson who as Detective Frank Drebin Jr. is part tough-guy, part sensitive loner but mostly dim-witted doof who somehow gets the job done.

  I can’t believe there are people saying this wasn’t funny. HOW? Had me in tears, non stop. 10/10 would ride again

  I'm sure there are worse ways to waste and an hour and a half in a movie theatre, but I can't think of any right now.

  If I could rate the movie with a plus, I would. Movie was so funny and clever; it was just stupendous. Everyone in the theatre was laughing. I even wrote this review while the movie was on because I was so entertained ! I’ll be staying longer too.

  Spend your money and do bother to go see it. We spent $50 for concessions and tickets. It was terrific and we stayed 20 mins longer

  There was nothing on worth watching so I gave this a try. Funny and gross in some places but not worth more than my 2 stars I gave it. UGH
