If I were not knowledgeable in the Bible this would confuse me. I could watch it but did not bring out the really important aspect of the story. Left out important details too. This story never gets old but this one needed to stick closer to the facts

This movie was ok, at best.
I was expecting something comparable to Angel Studios, but came out fairly depressed. This one lacks significant events and the glory that culminates with the resurrection and meeting with the apostles.
For a fledgling studio, I’ll give them more opportunities. But they really need to step up their presentation using the significant events surrounding the Easter Message.

Seeing the different disciples interact in the historical setting of 33 AD helps understand and picture what it was like. The chosen series has made a real difference to me. Definitely worth watching!
