There's a fine line between obsessive and anal...this overlong trawl through Sparks' history could and should have taken 90 minutes, no more. Even a Sparks obsessive (since 1973) such as myself found myself looking at the dvd timer and groaning...'another hour to go? Dear God!'. Life is too short for this indulgence. Original fans remember the critical scorn.
