A superbly crafted work. Great to have his voice at the start urging all to pay attention, cause it requires it. Tremendous acting all the way through the cast. I wanted to punch Charles Dance's character, such a small-minded jerk. I knew of many aspects of the story, but chunks of it were astounding to learn. It has to make anybody think. Imagine what else Turing might have done in his life if...

I was impressed with this movie. Benedict Cumberbatch did an excellent job and should definitely be up for the Oscar for this one. The storyline was great and I learned a few things I wasn't totally aware of about Enigma. Don't usually see movies more than once but do so with this one.

Not exactly a "feel good" movie. That being said, the acting by all was fabulous and to know more about that part of WWII history was very interesting.

The acting was supurb, the historical story line needed to be told and done in a compelling way. I would highly recommend this to any age group over 18 to learn the intelligence of this genius who saved so many lives.

A superb movie. Enlightened me to the attitude towards homosexuality. The acting was superb.

Excellent movie - extremely well done and very moving. It's time the world knew the truth about one of the world's most brilliant mathematicians - the father of today's computer society - who saved the world from the Nazi war machine, shortening the war and saving millions of lives, only to be forced to submit to chemical castration because he was gay - this led to his suicide. What shame the British government should feel for their abhorrent homophobic behaviour. And the queen only apologized in 2013. Disgusting.
