Morally suspect film seems to agree with Fred Phelps. Who rototilled Bautista's head?!!

The only good thing about the movie was Dave Bautista’s performance which was unfortunately poisoned by the ridiculous agenda driven script. They made it all about the two Daddy’s being persecuted for being gay. At one point they are flashing back to a night at a bar where one of The gay dads willingly engaged with an idiot in a bar and unfortunately decided to not pay attention to the fool he had words with and he got hit with a bottle. Of course he turned the one hit into this life scarring hate crime that put him in therapy for years trying to get over it which he obviously never does. I mean he decided to stick up for himself and sometimes when you do that you are escalating things. For any other guy, the same exact incident would be a typical Tuesday night but for the this guy who was pretty ok with aggression it’s a life changing event that we should all collectively weep over and then hold hands and protest. I grew up in a hostile area and have been attacked, bullied, assaulted, jumped and molested etc etc etc more times than most people would believe but because I am just a straight white make all the crimes/atrocities perpetrated against me don’t count. I don’t agree with any of the discrimination this couple faced over their years together but I am sorry, they don’t have the market cornered on dealing with tragedy, and they don’t love each other any more than any couple in love loves each other. M Night threw away any credibility he might have had in order to appeal to the current crowd of trend following sheep.

Won't watch ever again. Poor plot and script. Acting was ok. Sad movies are being made to fit Netflix and not vice versa.

I usually like M. Night movies, but this one wasn’t very good.

Hollywood isn't going to have enough money to make movies if they keep pumping out this reused drivel and substituting gay characters. I say keep it up!

Typical lame Shyamalan twist ending. I go to see this, it plays out and then there's end credits. It was a movie the whole time! What a ripoff!

To me, If I am watching a movie and I am so engaged in every word that I can't take my eyes off the screen, That is a win. That was not the ending I expected so to my, that was the twist end that I did not expect. I knew the directors style and that is what I got. Great Movie!!!!
