This feature-length documentary has been eight years in the making and focuses on the man who could be known as America's most controversial sheriff: Joe Arpaio: "America’s Toughest Sheriff."
Joe has been the long-running sheriff of Maricopa County in Arizona, but with the tagline Lights, Camera, Power, law enforcement takes a backseat to fame – which Arpaio pursues.
Racism, sex crimes, illegal immigration and multiple deaths at the hands of his employees are all issues Joe faces and spins. Using his position as sheriff, along with abuse of power, Joe has become the most notorious police officer in the world.
