Bad Words
trailer
When he finds a loophole in the rules and regulations of the National Quill Spelling Bee, Guy Trilby (Jason Bateman), a 41-year-old high school dropout, enters. Cranky, badly-behaved and foul-mouthed, he's determined to win at all costs.
He gets through the regionals, then, at the national level, he meets young competitor Chaitanya (Rohan Chand), a sweet, innocent boy who doesn't seem to notice Guy's nasty demeanor.
An investigative journalist finally uncovers Gus' true motivation for competing.
