I Am the Blues
trailer
This documentary takes audiences on a journey from juke joints to church halls, mountains and the bayou as well as on the back roads with blues legends such as Bobby Rush, Barbara Lynn, Henry Gray, Carol Fran, Lazy Lester, Little Freddie King, Bilbo Walker, RL Boyce, Jimmy "Duck" Holmes, Lil’ Buck Sinegal and LC Ulmer.
Filmmaker Daniel Cross visits these last original blues artists, many of whom are now octogenarians, still living in the southern states and still touring with their music.
